Initial Consultation

$395. Up to two-hour meeting—required as first step to most design work.

In this on-site working consultation, we will talk over every aspect of the planned project. We will discuss your priorities, the design aesthetic you want to achieve (if you already know), review photo inspiration, and talk about likes and dislikes.

This is your opportunity to ask me anything, and I will give you my honest opinion. Make a list of questions ahead of time so we don’t miss anything!

Room Refresh, E-Design & Space Planning

Starting at $895.

Don’t know where to start, but know that your space needs a facelift? Are you a visual person who needs to see a room pulled together before you decide if you like it? This package may be perfect for you!

We will begin at your home with a one-hour initial consultation, where I will take measurements and discuss design, colors and items needed. Within two weeks, you will receive two options for space planning and a VISION BOARD where you will be able to see the overall concept of colors, surface materials, furnishings and a few accessories. This will help you capture the mood of the proposed space.

Upon seeing what I have chosen, you can then shop on your own for like items at no additional charge, or you can hire me to find and specify the exact pieces for you to purchase locally or online. Changes to the original vision board or requesting additional floor plans are billed at an hourly rate of $195.

Designer For a Day

Starting at $1195. A four-hour block of design time at retail stores or showrooms of your choice in the Topeka area. Travel is available for an additional charge.

This is definitely the best option for a quick turnaround. If you need to get material selected for your kitchen/bath remodel (or new build) done in a hurry – this is the best way to get it done. Select everything needed for your contractor to get products ordered all in one day.

You may also choose to use this block of time with me for inspiration — to decide what you like and what you don’t like. We could even get together and shop online for needed items if you wish. It’s all about quick selections in a minimal amount of time.

After our appointment, I will send you an email with all of all the information necessary for you to order the product yourself or hand off to your contractor. Additional time is billed at an hourly rate of $195.

Full Service: Custom Design and Project Management

Relax… It’s all being taken care of!

From design conception to project completion, I will take care of everything. Using my 15-step, full-service design process, you will enjoy the luxury service of my remodeling and construction facilitation. Even the littlest things will be ordered, delivered and placed. It’s totally turn-key.

The design phase will be billed at a flat fee. The implementation phase will be billed hourly, and with a 20% project fee on all trades’ invoicing. Materials are billed at the MSRP, less 15% where applicable.
